Outputs

Once the simulation is run, the outputs are available in three sections. The first section consists of the inputs printed again, the second section consists of numerical results, and the third section consists of graphs showing the queue lengths at each station for one simulation. If multiple simulations are performed, only the last simulation is used to display the graphs.

Numerical results consist of the average queue length, maximum queue length, average waiting time, and staff utilization at each station. If multiple simulations are performed, 95% confidence intervals are also determined. The number of core and support staff needed at each POD, as well as any excess or deficit in staff strength is determined.
